Visibility and Local Impact

Collaborating with local institutions and participating in public initiatives is key to driving positive change. It allows companies to connect with the community, showcase their values, and contribute to the local economy and talent development. Below are some examples of how I have helped create this impact:

Promoting Employee Well-being – A Talk at the Council

While working at Ebury, I was invited to speak at Malaga Council to share insights on internal company policies that enhance employee well-being. This talk highlighted the importance of fostering inclusive work environments, supporting professional growth, and creating policies that genuinely improve employees’ lives. It was an incredible opportunity to showcase how well-being initiatives can also drive organisational success and inspire other companies to prioritise their people.

Connecting Talent – Job Fair Representation with Intrum

At Intrum, I coordinated our presence at a local job fair, where we connected with emerging talent and demonstrated our commitment to supporting career development. Our stand provided insights into the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities, allowing potential candidates to learn more about working with us. These events are vital for strengthening ties with the local community and showcasing the company as a desirable place to work.

Tech and Meet – A Seat at the Table with Industry Leaders

Securing Intrum’s participation in Tech and Meet, organised by IMFE, was a significant milestone. This roundtable brought together leading companies, including Google-VirusTotal Málaga, Vodafone, and Freepik, to discuss the future of tech and innovation in Málaga. Representing Intrum at this prestigious event reinforced our presence as a technology-driven organisation while building valuable connections with the local tech community.
