Connecting Technology and Finance Community

Tech in Finance was an ambitious event series that I proposed to the GMT following my experience organizing PyConES, aiming to add value by merging a business-oriented focus with the company’s employee well-being, learning, and development programs. After discussing the idea with two members of the GMT, a decision to move forward was made within a week, reflecting strong support for the initiative. Created and managed end-to-end by me, the event was organized over three months, attracting over 200 attendees and featuring more than 20 talks and 25 speakers. I established collaborations with public entities to increase visibility, and, thanks to effective teamwork, the event was a success, marking a significant milestone at the intersection of technology and finance.
