PyConES 2018 – Connecting the Python Community

From October 5–7, 2018, after three months of dedicated planning, I had the privilege of organizing my first technology event, the sixth edition of PyConES in Málaga. This sold-out conference brought together developers, data scientists, educators, and Python enthusiasts from all over Spain to explore and celebrate the power of Python in tech. Held at the University of Málaga, PyConES 2018 emphasized diversity and inclusion, encouraging speakers to share unique insights that sparked learning, innovation, and collaboration. The enthusiastic turnout and overwhelmingly positive feedback marked the event’s success and highlighted the community’s appreciation, making it a rewarding milestone in my professional journey.
