With over 8 years of experience on different HR teams, and my previous experience in customer service. I understood that my passion is to help people and make their work-life easier.

I started my career in 2012 as corporate travel agent at Barceló viajes. Then I decide to update my skills and started an internship into a Marketing and publicity company . A couple of years I moved to Ebury as corporate travel agent and office manager. Here I completely develop all my career in HR, creating policies, maintaining HRIS updated, leading end-to-end tech events organization.

As Data Culture Lead at Intrum, we built all our data-driven wellness programs from scratch, covering everything from career paths, compensation and bonuses, to employee experience.

I’m looking for opportunities that allow me to continue growing. I want to design strategies based on data to improve employee wellbeing. These strategies should ensure exceptional impact on organizations.
